Great first time experience. Staff kept me informed of the techs arrival and sent along a photo so I knew who to expect. Tech was pleasant and knowledgable and did not try and upsell me. Will use H&K again.
The office scheduled my appointment easily. Blake was prompt, professional, friendly, courteous and finished the service within the scheduled time frame. H&K has been servicing our HVAC system since we moved in 2 years ago and they do great work. They were highly recommended by the prior owners of our home.
