Always great service from Air of the Ozarks. We purchased a yearly maintenance package which comes with 2 visits per year to check the HVAC system to ensure everything is clean and running properly. Jacob serviced our furnace to make sure all is functioning properly before cold weather arrives. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and offered suggestions on new products that help with airflow. No high pressure sales - just suggestions, a flyer and his card for when we need him! Highly recommend Jacob and Air of the Ozarks!
I purchased a new air conditioning system from Morrow Heat & Air several years ago. The installation itself went well, but we did have some issues with condensation inside the house around the vents after the new ductwork was installed.
After Airco purchased Morrow Heat & Air, I contacted them regarding the condensation issue. Unfortunately, Airco was unwilling to address the problem, even though they had acquired the company and the equipment.
I needed someone I could trust to correct the problem and continue servicing the system, and I was referred to Air of the Ozarks. They have been nothing short of exceptional ever since.
