I had a pedicure and fill. My experience in the past has always been good. Today the nail tech did not communicate well. I stopped her from cutting down the side of my nail. No cuticle remover was used and my toes are rough to the touch not smooth. The polish was not applied well on toes or nails. 2 nail had lifted and my nails were pried off with a tip and when I pulled back she soaked one. They just needed to be filled. $$. I payed too mush for a poor job. They look like they are growing out but my poor toes. I will find someone who can speak and ask questions for my next venture.

Service was good. Got the deluxe pedi which seemed a little short including the light massage. My manicure was ok, not a lot of of soaking time. One this I noticed is thr place did not clean under the nails with the sharp little tool on either mani or pedi. I walked out with a good not great mani/pedi.

I got a simple full set & pedi shellac for $80 the lady that did mine starting rushing thru when she saw the time..& caused 3 cuts (if you know..you know??‍♀️em cuts mo painful dena heartbreak) and different nail shapes+thickness
