Siding Contractors in Fort Smith

“The contractor they used to do the roof did a good job. I was disappointed in the sales man however, he did not stand behind his word. I needed a small section of gutters done after all my work was done that I was willing to pay for and he said he would get it taken care of. I ended up having to find someone else. I also referred my neighbor and they replaced his roof on his shop the sales man said there was a referral reward they would pay but I never got it or heard back on that either. It's been awhile back but I just don't like company's that say one thing and do another. It seemed like to me they must pay there sales men per job and once the big payout jobs were done they were done helping me. I would never refer them to anyone else because they didn't stand behind their word.

Originally 3stars...Edited and updated to 5 stars Justin called and took the time to help explain what happened and why there we're a few issues. All in all the quality of the work was good, and the fact that he called back when he didn't have to means alot. I would recommend them to my friend and family.“
