The service was fast and the staff were very friendly and professional.
I want to start off by thanking the entire ORR team for the service they provided me with. Wade Watkins was my sales Rep. and was very friendly! He wasn't pushy. I felt comfortable through the whole process of the purchase of my new vehicle. I wouldn't have even thought of going in to look at a car, if it weren't for Gil sending me a letter in the mail. The whole process was simple, clarified all of the agreements. I felt very welcomed when I walked in. I wasn't bombarded left and right with pushy salespeople, unlike most dealerships.
