This Office Depot (Fort Smith) has helped me so many times. The employees have gone out of their way to print things for me and were very patient and helpful to get the print job done right. I have also had helpful employees when I purchased my desk and chair. The employees I have encountered at the checkout have been friendly also. I shop here whenever I have office needs because of the service I have received in the past.

Had a bad experience with a office depo worker (Sharon) at this store who didn't know her job very well and wasn't helpful at all and didn't know how to work a computer. She told ME to go online and buy the desk I wanted since she couldn't change the old account address to our new office address that is under my Dr's office account to have it delivered to us ( well she finally changed it after my co worker that was with me showed her how to do it ) .. Sharon also needed my Dr's CC # to pay in the store to hold since Sharon told us that it was pick up only (but online it said delivery 2 business days) but that information should of been in... read full review
