Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Free Ferry is a wonderful facility with a great care team. Physicians are described as positive, responsive, and immediately following up as needed. Patients report being treated with respect and that their concerns are always heard. Doctors are thorough and very informative, with amazing bedside manner, and have never let patients down. The clinic has experienced physicians who know patients well and understand their medical history and disabilities. The staff is SO FRIENDLY. Nurse practitioners are super nice and very knowledgeable. Lab technicians are awesome, providing painless and quick blood draws, unlike experiences at other facilities.
