100 Star Rating! I called Gary in a panic a couple weeks ago when I was told I had very little time to get documents apostilled for a wedding. I called the State of AR first and was transferred/on hold several times and then told it was a 6 week process to mail in. I was shocked because I didn't have 6 weeks to wait. Luckily, I found McWilliams Mobile Notary & Apostille Services. Gary is so nice and was helpful enough to guide me through the process. (Unlike anyone else I had spoke to) He had my Arkansas documents taken care of in no time and even referred me to someone else to take care of our documents we needed in Florida.
