I don't ever leave reviews, but these folks are so worthy of 5 stars I couldn't resist this post. We shopped every store in a 100 mile radius of our house for a perfect hot tub coupled with great service, and were completely at odds until we arrived at Luther Stem. Hands-down the most knowledgeable staff we met during our search. Dannie was the best, and answered every question we had, and we had many! There was no doubt we had found the company we wanted to work with, and we purchased a Harmonic tub the next day. And delivery? Totally professional. Delivered and installed TWO DAYS later. Fast service, helpful technicians! We have now had Luther Stem install a new liner for our pool after it floated and became a terrible eyesore. They have also serviced/repaired our pool pump and sump pump. They respond quickly and are so informative. Derick was very helpful and full of good information. Highly recommend!
Went in having questions on a new spa I had purchased . The employees were very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Left with what I needed and valuable information. I will definitely return. Great experience!
