Looking for a redish brown vinyl planks in Ft. Smith. Checked serval stores nothing in stock, all grayish tints. Walked into LL Flooring they had serval choices. Employees had good product knowledge along with good customer service. Found exactly what we where looking for in stock !!! Installed planks in kitchen looks great. Thanks guys

Great experience first time dealing with LL Flooring Ft. Smith. Manager is knowledgeable and shares her knowledge with her team. I'm giving only a 4 star not because of a bad experience but simply because two of the people are new and learning. The manager is doing an outstanding job of training.

Gentlemen working were very nice and informative. Helped me pick a product and was in and out easily. Price seems reasonable compared to other big box stores, but this was easier and they even loaded it for me.
