I started here 1 year ago … never worked for a company thats been all about their employees and clients and I must say it’s great … the owner is nice and he comes in and talks to all new hires .. I will brag on all office staff but I have a special spot for Ms. Cindy .. I started the job pregnant with my 3rd child at 37 years old and this company made sure I was good since day one .. thank you home instead fort smith you guys are the best work family I could ever ask for ..

Everyone is very caring and family oriented. They work around your schedule and will do what they can to help you. I really love working for home instead here in fort smith I’ve worked with more then one home instead here I’m Arkansas and I do have to say fort smith office is the best. Thank you to all the wonderful ppl in the office that are always so kind and caring and willing to work with me.
