What stood out most was how seamlessly the team worked together to create such a special experience for me and my granddaughter. I wanted a meaningful “Nana & granddaughter” facial moment—and they delivered beyond my expectations.
Carrie, who did the facial, was amazing! She explained every step in a calm, gentle way that was perfect for my 10-year-old granddaughter’s first facial. She made her feel comfortable, confident, and so special.
