After interviewing several roofing company reps, and feeling a bit discouraged, we decided to contact Foster Roofing. And boy are we happy we did!! Todd arrived on time and was courteous, knowledgable and went over every detail, answering all of our concerns and questions. At that point, and after reading many on-line reviews and speaking with neighbors who had also hired Foster, we felt confident we were in more than competent hands. (It’s also worth mentioning we did not get a “used car salesman” vibe from him — as we did with others we interviewed). We appreciated that Foster has 30 years in the business and all the reps we spoke with were polite, professional and prepared. Even the young man who dropped off the roofing materials the day before the primary work began was polite. The follow-up to let us know what to expect, was exceptional and any questions we had were addressed immediately. Foster Rep. Rick stopped by the first day the crew began work to check on the progress. We had a nice chat; he gave me his card and said if I had any questions to call him - which I did later that day. Despite interrupting his supper, Rick let me know immediately that he was at my service and answered all my questions, assuaging concerns. Another notable part of the Foster experience was that the workers, aside from a couple of minor mishaps to two rose bushes, took care of the property and did not play loud music. We work from home and that would have been a miserable problem. The bottom line: our roof, gutters, and downspouts look fantastic! Everything appears to be top tier workmanship. In fact, we’ve had neighbors tell us how wonderful our roof looks. One neighbor, who had already interviewed a competitor roofer but had not signed on the dotted line, asked for Foster’s number after seeing our roof which we happily shared! We strive to maintain an impeccable attention to detail in our business and with all of our clients. And it’s wonderful to see another company who embraces the same philosophy. Foster Roofing recently replaced our roof. From our first contact with Collin to the follow up with Landon on the finished job & all contact with the office...the customer service was excellent! The labor crew worked fast, were professional and cleaned up perfect. We were so pleased that they left the yard completely clean. Could not find a more efficient or customer service oriented company.
