Had an amazing experience yesterday, received the cryotherapy, pressure massage and sauna treatment. The staff were incredible, talked through each treatment and what to expect, very attentive and pleasant. Definitely Recommend!!Slept alot better last night, less aches today, will definitely be returning!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was a bit skeptical at first. They roped me in via an ad on Instagram...but I'm extremely glad they did. I did my first full body cryotherapy session and it was definitely worth it. It's difficult to explain exactly how the session itself felt. It's cold, but not unbearable. I experienced some sort of heightened mindfulness while in the chamber, which is the difficult part to describe. However, it was very pleasant. After leaving the session I felt immediately invigorated, energized and an overall sense of positive well-being. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend and will be a returning customer.

I went yesterday morning. It was very interesting. I had never in anything like that before. Very very cold but worth it. I felt so much better once I got warm which wasn’t long. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and nice. A lot to offer, I will be going back. Thank you
