My two kiddos had the privilege of attending Championship MMA for almost two years. During that time, they grew in confidence, self-discipline, and the ability to defend themselves! And they had fun doing it! We loved it there! Coach Don Paul Bales is a fantastic motivator who balances instruction and learning with fun exercises in the best of ways. He also has incredible patience with the little ones and a great team of assistant coaches. Coach Middleton was always so kind to my family. ?My kids and I will miss this wonderful program, and we hope to find another MMA facility in our new state that can live up to the high bar set by Championship MMA.Thank you for the memories!!...read full review

This is such a great outlet for my kids. Natalie and Landen are both enjoying it here. This really beats staying home and playing on their phones. They are getting their exercise and learning how to protect themselves. They’re learning discipline and respect. The coaches/instructors are awesome!!!

My son has gone for 3 months now and we have seen such an amazing improvement in his overal attitude. Yes sir, no ma’am, etc. Not only is he learning how to defend himself, he is learning respect, discipline and how to work hard for his goals.
