I will guess her name is Rita. My first haircut and beard trim in about 20 years. I'm retired now and kept my head shaved for my previous job. I was looking like a bushman or dandelion and I asked if she could fix me up. Man.......I look good now. I will definately be going back. Thank you for doing such a grand job!

I came here on a whim in what seemed like a never ending search for a barber. I just wanted it cut so I didn't look like alfalfa. That's too much to ask from a lot of barbers apparently. Bill had no problem with it. I've been coming here ever since. That was over three decades ago. Every time I had to go somewhere else, like when I was in the service, I always missed Bill. And now my son goes here and he complains about the same thing, nobody else will listen to what he wants... But Bill will.

Just moved to the community. Found Bill (proprietor) and Rita at the shop. They take walk-ins from 1 o’clock to 5 o’clock. Appointments in the morning. Rita did a super job for me. I am glad I found a good barber shop here in Fort Smith. Very friendly and helpful
