I have always been the anti-realtor type…that is, until I met the Bradford and Udouj team. I’m an investor and flipper. Andy and Rachel have sold ALL of my houses within days.At first I assumed luxury homes were their only expertise, but they obviously have PLENTIFUL experience in ranges of all homes. Their marketing and professionalism are unmatched. You will be talking to Fort Smith natives who are down to earth, and will tell you what other realtors won’t.Numerous times, Rachel has (rightfully) steered me away from a home. I have sold 4 houses with this company ALL FOUR were sold in a matter of days..one was sold within 12 hours!! Their marketing is amazing and professionalism is unmatched!Highly recommend!

COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY!I have never in my life seen people go so far above and beyond to provide a QUALITY “customer service” experience!! To be able to meet with people and get the amount of education that we have received FOR FREE-no strings attached-well, it leaves me speechless. I just can’t say enough about the care and education that we have received in such a short time.Rachel and Andy Brown set the standard and let me tell you, the bar is HIGH!!We are SO thankful!
