I had an amazing experience with Auto Plex! It was a difficult time when my vehicle got damaged for my family and the guys at Auto Plex were very empathetic and worked hard to get our vehicle back on the road. They worked well with Progressive. They had my vehicle ready almost a week before they originally said it would be done. They have earned a long time customer. I highly recommend them.
AutoPlex is fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance company and a rental car service to make drop off and pick up seamless. I received updates to my vehicle progress and they called me as needed. My truck looks brand new again! Also they offer detail packages at reasonable rates and they did a thorough job of cleaning.
Everyone at Auto Plex was fantastic throughout the repair process. They walked us through the steps, answered all of our questions, and even set up our rental. Would definitely recommend!
