The staff at Wellness Professionals are all very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I had been referred to the right place.
They are all very friendly, courteous and genuinely care about people. They are all so kind and compassionate. In my opinion, Dr. Dickerson is the best Chiropractor in NWA.
Today, I found out why this group gets over 700 5 star ratings. I was seen by Dr. Dickerson whose approach is tailored exactly to your individual needs. A very thorough assessment was followed by a smooth therapeutic adjustment then he had them provide an ultrasound treatment. My insurance does not cover chiropractic care but I did not need to ask if they provided a military discount. He told me, “We keep the cost low for everyone.” He was not lying. Everyone was friendly and professional. I will definitely use this office whenever I need assistance. As I am writing this, I am feeling great.
Dr. Richard and Dr. Dickerson are the absolute BEST! My entire family visits Dr. Richard when needed. I am on a monthly rotation and look forward to my appointments. I have been a patient of Wellness Professionals for over 15 years and will not go anywhere else. The office staff is extremely friendly and patient! Very clean facility.
