Dr Lance is friendly and informative. Cared about me and my vision. Very convenient to get exam and buy lenses at the same time.

Dr. Daniel is fantastic but his office staff need more training. I am a new employee and called before hand to see if my vision insurance was active. The lady I spoke with looked me up and told me that, yes, I was showing active and my visit would be a $6.00 copay. I made an appointment online and went in that afternoon. When I was completing my paperwork, the 2 girls at the front desk stated they could not pull my information up in the system. I told them I just spoke with someone today that said she could see me.
