Very helpful for first timers with detailed information about what to do and expect. Felt comfortable and safe.A relaxing environment.The Lucia Light is amazing. A unique experience. And the salt float was great.Highly recommend both, should be tried at least once.Will definitely return.

I could not give this place a higher recommendation. If you suffer from stress or pain Sally and her team will make it all melt away. I’ve never been so relaxed and at ease in my entire life. I will be forever grateful for this experience.

I've been floating here for over a year and it has completely changed my life. I no longer spend thousands a year going to a chiropractor for my back pain. My Fibromyalgia flare ups are less intense and less often. My mind benefits greatly from the tranquility. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Sally and her spa. They're both amazing! Her staff is wonderful and welcoming as well, I love this place and the people. I have found that over time the benefits just keep adding up. Once you start you won't want to stop.
