18 E Township St Suite A, Fayetteville“I booked an appointment with Noy through messenger after seeing his instagram work. I cannot recommend them enough. I went all in on a large thigh piece. Noy and his team are extremely professional. They're always on time, discreet, CLEAN and know their ink. I then sent my fiance for his second tattoo, which was a sleeve. He came up with the concept and Noy delivered it flawlessly. I will always use Noy as long as he wants to perform tattoos.“
