I regularly shop at the Home Depot, and having recently moved to NW Arkansas, I have frequented this store a few times. It's nice, neat and has great selection, more than what I'm used to at other stores, but nothing so grand as to write a fantastic review. My first large purchase here and the service afterwards is the reason I am writing this review. I bought a large toolbox here, worth over $1000 and left with it after being loaded well and strapping everything down. There were some issues with the assembly quality and loading procedure. When I addressed these issues, they were more than reasonable in taking care of those issues. In fact; Ana, the Special Services Supervisor, went above and beyond what I ever would have expected from a Home Depot store. The entire team was extremely helpful, friendly and very personable. Ana was very understanding and diligent in making sure my issue was resolved completely. After leaving the store, there was literally no possible way that I could've had a better customer service experience than I had here. Even while I was waiting for Ana to come back to check availability on an item, I was addressed separately by two different employees asking if I had been helped yet or needing anything else while I was waiting. The loading experience was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Both times I came to this store today were a very great experience. So much that not only will I come back to this particular store again, but I am going to stop going to Lowe's and exclusively shop at the Fayetteville Home Depot from now on. The team there just has it together for making sure the customer is taken care of and has a positive experience. This is NOT a paid review, and you can check out my other reviews, I don't just give star studded reviews for nothing. You WILL have a better experience at this store than others and other competitor stores.

They had this sign up stating ALL trees except Japanese maples were 50% off but then when we went to check out, they stated our tree was excluded from this promotion and refused to honor it. The sales associate blamed the "garden people" and refused to take the misleading sign down.

Hello. We came in at 1:30 pm and needed to build a raft. After three people asked us for help and we denied, it was time to confront the gaggle of workers. We walked up mustering as much courage as we could. We felt very meek compared to the their minds. Their construction knowing minds stood and waited for their next victim.... It was us. As we popped the question they all stared and laughed. Nobody said anything, and we felt very vulnerable. Justus did not like our question, he laughed for a while before saying we should go somewhere else. The door and window guy said doors and windows don't float. The god sent man told us to check out academy. They have a hustlin and bustlin river raft inventory. We are now at academy. Thank you so much for your help, thank you home depot.

Update on my previous post: I reported what happened to Home Depot's customer feedback. They had a couple of weeks to respond and they have not contacted me. It doesn't bode well for their integrity

Went there to purchase some yard bags, and as I proceeded to the checkout I was greeted with hostility for using cash and I ended up having to wait close to 30 minutes for them to get change for a large bill that I had with the results of no management ever came out and me walking out of that place with no yard bags and a strong distaste for the business. I was treated poorly, and the associate made me feel inadequate for not using A credit card and informed me that the only people that shop at Home Depot use credit cards and not cash essentially making me feel like I wasn't welcomed so I will never give them my business.

Lady at the self checkout area was snappy and rude... and asked for my ID when using my tax exemption since my name didn't "look" like it was mine. After giving her my ID, (the only time i've been asked EVER).. I asked her name, she told me "Sharon" I asked to speak to a manager.. who never actually came. After waiting 15 min, I had to find the manager (Sergio) in the store myself. He explained her name was actually Stephanie, and they have been having issues with fraudulent tax exemption usage... which is fine if they are IDing EVERYONE.. but I simply don't think thats the case. I think they are IDing people THEY deem suspect due. Bad customer service all the way around...

No customer service! Was on hold for 15 minutes without speaking to anyone. When I arrived, I paid for 30 bags of mulch and an associate never came to help load, or offer to help load. Good thing I’m buff ??

purchased a washer dryer set almost a month ago the end of 2021. received the wrong set. have spoken to Mike R & Mike Rutledge, the manager, Jared-he tried- & Austin without any help. I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. Highly disappointing & feeling stuck. hHow do I trust they'll refund my money in a timely manner? since getting the correct product seems to be too difficult to ask... #homedepot
