We purchased a home recently in Bella Vista. We cannot move for a little while so we decided to rent it until we can. This is our first rental property and my husband and I are very particular. We are neat freaks and as we began the process of renting we became pretty nervous. We have also had experience with bad renters through friends and family so we bagan to worry about every little thing. We interviewed 4 property managers before choosing Mandvi at PMI. PMI, specifically Manvi Huyen, has been a great property manager to work with in managing my apartment. He communicates well with the tenants and myself ensuring good relations all around and makes suggestions to improve the property based on my goals and budget. Overall, couldn't be happier.TD
