I never thought I would say this, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pilates! I recently moved to Fayetteville, and thought I might try Pilates again. I had tried several times doing mat classes, and it wasn't for me. My neck and back would always hurt during and after class. But I walked into Catherine's studio, and was drawn to how peaceful and attractive it was, and how pleasant Catherine is. So I decided to do a trial session.
