From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the clean, friendly, and laid-back vibe that instantly put me at ease. The space is bright, well-maintained, and welcoming—no intimidating spa energy, just good vibes and great people.

I really enjoy going to the Springdale Fayetteville location off of College Avenue. The staff there are amazing. They greet you with a smile and some even know your name. It’s my preferred location. Thank you for making it a great experience

Absolutely adore this location! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Always a smile on everyone’s face and they acknowledge your presence when you walk in which is really wonderful. -Frank is the best and makes my day every time I’m in!
The equipment and building are immaculate, and I never have any issues here. Nothing negative to stay start to finish!
