I have worked with Ozark Mountain Air for a couple of years now and I would strongly recommend them to any of my friends or family. They installed a whole new heating and AC system for us and it has been worlds better.
They are exceptional to work with; the techs explain any issue so we can make informed decisions. The pricing is always fair. Lastly, they appear to be locally owned so you're not dealing with some suit that is solely about that quarter's bottom line over long-term relationship with the customer.

As I bask in the warmth of my heated home this winter, I realize I have neglected to review one of my favorite new places and new favorite humans. Thank you Nathan, Eddie, and everyone else at Ozark Mountain Air for coming to our rescue this past December when the heater went out. Unlike other places, they tried to find a solution instead of immediately trying to sell me a new unit any I appreciate that very much. I did go ahead and purchase a new set up and it's been great. Thank you all very much! Totally recommend them. They made room on their busy schedules to come out and assess the situation and then made more accommodations to get us fixed up. Stellar folks!
