Leo did my nails and was very detail oriented and did a spectacular job on my nails and toes. And he was able to get me in and out in an hr and a half! Thanks LEO! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve never had a bad experience with Novelty until recently. I got my nails done a week ago and one broke off the next day, it’s not a big deal because they offer to fix them for free. Well, today is now the third time I have tried to get them to fix my nail and every single time they have told me to come back another time. It really is such a simple fix and would probably take 15 minutes max. I made an appointment today and they did other women’s nails before fixing mine when they walked in after me AND I had an appointment. This whole situation is super frustrating to me. I’ve liked them in the past, but this is just unprofessional.Service: Acrylic nails

I came for a simple manicure and pedicure without polish and I was delighted. The massage chairs are excellent. My nail stylist was friendly and took care of both my hands and feet.
