So far, so good! Got my braces a week ago and was impressed by their care. Definitely like the environment of the office as well. Will leave an updated review by the end of my care.

My son got braces today and had a bracket come off. They got us in the very next day.
My son got his braces put on a few weeks ago and he was super nervous. Dr. Trieu and staff were amazing and comforting throughout the entire appointment and he walked out with a big (new) smile! They took time at the end of the appointment to go above and beyond answering questions and going over his braces. He’s excited for his next appointment because he loves Northwest that much. We felt very “at home” here :)
