I wanted to open a savings account at the Fayetteville Joyce Street location.I tried to schedule an appointment online, but it said that this location doesn't accept appointments. I dropped in at the location and was told that I had to make an appointment.I had to schedule an appointment for another location 3 days away.They told me that you can't schedule appointments from their website, you have to somehow schedule an appointment through Google maps! That is absolutely ridiculous!On top of it they're not open on Saturdays when most people are off work. While I was there there were two managers and another teller standing around not assisting customers. There was only one teller open and a large line. I had to wait in line 10 minutes to even talk to someone. The managers admitted that they were grossly understaffed. I tried calling all day yesterday, and no one ever answered the phone. They said that it's their policy to not answer the phone if there are any customers to be served, but they only work with one teller open! There are many other banks that are much more convenient and focused customer service.

Just refinanced this year with Jose Torres and had a great experience! He was very accommodating and allowed most of the process to be done remotely due to Covid. He was very clear about the documentation I needed when asked and was attentive to questions I had. Overall, I had a smooth experience.

I don't know if you ever intend to open again, but if your customer service is as atrocious as the phone customer service we've been forced to use, you might as well just board all your branches up permanently.
