Pam at Broyles Mortgage was amazing to work with. I was buying my first property for sale by owner and did not know very much about the lending process. She was able to help me with all of the questions that I had, and when we ran into some problems she worked tirelessly to overcome them so we could close by our planned date. Not only did she work hard every step of the way, the loan ended up having a very competitive rate and Pam helped me find ways to lower my closing costs (budget-friendly title company, homebuyer credits, etc.). I would recommend Broyles Mortgage to anyone looking for amazing customer and a seamless home-buying experience.
