I am a new client and having had the same CPA for 20 years that retired, I felt I was really taken care of on this first meeting. Mike did a thorough review so I can get in good shape for the upcoming year and Carrie has been a sweetheart every time I have called in asking questions.

Very unclear communication, the front desk lady gave us incorrect information about joint filing, we emailed and called several times and they never got back to us, unsure if they even filed our taxes even though we signed an agreement.
Edit: They reached out to us after we left this review and were very willing to help and correct the situation, even giving us a discount on our their fee! Talking directly to the accountant was a lot more clear than dealing with the front desk and they were very helpful… seems like there might just some internal communication issues. Very great follow up!

We have been a client for the past 5 years and have had nothing but good professional service. This time a year is a very busy time of year for them but I have received responses and our taxes were done timely. I would highly recommend them
