I couldn’t ask for better service. These guys came out quickly and took down a massive tree that was dangerously positioned between two homes here in Shenandoah. It had been dropping large limbs on occupied houses, and the situation was becoming serious. The crew handled everything professionally — safely removing the tree and cleaning up all the debris. I was truly impressed with their efficiency and care. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future tree needs!

Shoutout to Low Rate Tree Service!
Low Rate Tree Service did a fantastic job removing a massive tree located between two homes. The tree had become a serious safety hazard, constantly dropping large limbs and posing a risk to both properties.
I called them on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday, they were already on-site and hard at work. They worked tirelessly to bring the tree down safely and efficiently.
I can’t express how relieved and grateful I am to have that tree gone. Their professionalism, prompt response, and dedication truly impressed me.
During the recent tornado, a tree fell on my mother’s house. We called Low Rate and they came out within a couple hours and promptly removed the tree. We did have some back and forth about the final clean up, but in the end, Brad was very understanding and professional and stood behind their word. I would highly recommend Brad, but would also recommend getting everything in writing, clearly describing the expectations when signing a contract to avoid any confusion. Thanks Brad!!
