I had a wonderful massage experience with Joshua recently. It was a great mix of deep tissue and relaxation and addressed a lot of tightness and soreness I've been experiencing with my workout intensity increasing. He was communicative without being "chatty" and I was able to really relax and focus on how I was feeling. Highly recommend LaVida and a massage with Joshua!
