It’s A Secret Med Spa is full of cheating people. Their services are very shady. Their staff are not properly trained in the procedures they perform. I was told by the girl who did my micro needling that she was not really sure what she was doing, but thought after completing my procedure that she felt for her first time she did pretty well.I was shocked that she would say something like this. I also knew someone who worked for them and told me their botox and fillers are “tampered with”. I asked what this meant and was told they were altered with saline to try and “stretch” the product. Absolutely terrible customer service! Let me explain the review. I purchased the skin pen package at the recommendation of my aesthetician that told me it would help with skin texture and acne scarring. Asking the difference between the Morpheus 8 and she said the Morpheus 8 is more for Sagging skin and dark spots, which I had neither. Convincing me that she thought I’d like the results I purchased 3 sessions in advance. I went in for my first one, got pretty red and dry and was waiting the month in between that was recommended before my next one.
