I was very pleased with my first experience at this salon for a full-highlight service. I absolutely love the stress-free online booking tool, very simple and very convenient. Everyone should have this option for scheduling any time of appointment. I did not know any of the stylists so I booked at a good time for me and ended up getting the one that was available at that time. She happened to have a car accident two days before my appointment, but Crowne receptionists Kelly promptly called me to let me know and told me that she can still get me in for my service the very same day at almost the exact time if I would like. Of course I had no stylist preference as I had not ever been there before, so the change was no inconvenience to me. I ended up with Elizabeth who took ample time to discuss my service beforehand and took her time to do an amazing job on my hair color. She was very friendly, I felt very relaxed and comfortable in her hands, and enjoyed conversation with her during my 3 hours there. I have rebooked for my next hair appointment and look forward to it as I should because who doesn't love hair pampering days!?
