I’m an advocate of giving credit when it is due. This company was the only one to even call me back or follow up out of 5 other companies. They communicated effectively and worked extremely hard for our business. Chance and his entire team were professional throughout the entire process. If he said he was going to be at my home at a specific time, he was there. Elite made the repair process extremely easy for our family. They have our business for life.

First off all, Elite Roofing was the only person to call me back regarding a roof inspection as I called 3 different companies. They called me back the same day and had A guy come out the very next day. Elite Roofing has been amazing through the entire process of repairs on our home due to a big storm. They have worked with my insurance and taken a lot of stress off of me. I have had insurance pay for things I would have never even known to ask for if it wasn’t for the amazing team at Elite especially Preston Thomas.
