Stylist was not too bubbly or chatty which made things kinda awkward & she kinda ignored the pic i showed her for inspo despite telling me we could achieve that. I asked her if she could actually straighten my hair two or three times & she just blew it out straight ish. Also, my hair holds curls/style VERY well but by the time i got to my car one curl had already fallen out & within the hour my hair was totally ruined. Not worth the money at all & am very disappointed :(

I am sadly leaving this review as I was a barfly for over 2 years. I needed to cancel my barfly subscription last November -I had accrued multiple credits enough where I needed to put a pause on it.
I had read a review online that a guest was upset because she lost several blow dry credits due to a time expiration on her credits. I was concerned that i too might lose credits-I made a point to ask the lovely front desk lady at the next time I visited (Dec 2025) what was the policy for purchased blow dry credits. I was told by her that my credits were mine unless I had selected a Certain option during my cancellation process and there was no expiration date on my credits. She assured me that my credits were safe and not applicable to a time line. The next time I arrived at the Drybar (early Feb 2026) at the checkout I was told I was had no credits. I was extremely confused because of my previous conversation at the shop. I was instructed to pay and leave the salon and to contact the manager via email. I contacted the manager via email and explained everything that had happened and asked if I could recoup half of my unused credits in return I would immediately reinstate my membership. I was told via email absolutely not. They would welcome me back as a member but they would not concede ANY blow dry credits
-even though I had been given wrong information by their employee. I was very happy to meet them in Less of the middle to reinstate my membership. (If they would have offered 1 or 2 blow dry credits due to what their employee told me i would have been 100% happy and NOT giving this review). This is a company that has no customer service and doesn’t want to retain any members. They have enough.

Spent almost 100 bucks to leave with my hair looking the same as I came in. Do not recommend.

Ive never been here before, but it was a nice experience. I came here to get a blowout for a wedding reception in the evening. They made my hair fuller by curling it and putting great products in it, but after a couple of hours, (bc of my fine hair type), the curls began to fall out, so I had to use some curlers until right before the event, and it worked great. I would come back, and I would see Mackenzie again. She was great!

As someone who grew up never learning how to style their own hair, unable to get a curl to hold, and can’t seem to follow along with online videos, I am SO THANKFUL a place like this exists! Everyone is so kind, and I always leave feeling amazing. I truly wish I’d discovered this place sooner, it definitely comes in handy when I need my hair looking good for an event!

I don’t know how to spell her name but Cece and another girl did my hair today and knew I was in a hurry and they tag teamed my blowout. Cece did an awesome job styling and made me look great for my date!

I never leave reviews but just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my blowout with Addie (I hope that’s her name) today. She put her heart and soul into my wash/scalp treatment today and I think I left a part of my existence in that sink. I could’ve happily floated out of the salon on cloud 9 with soaking wet hair and been perfectly ok because that’s how amazing the wash was. 😂
