I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Marty Turner at Cornerstone Animal Clinic in Fayetteville. His kindness and compassion truly set him apart. From the very first interaction, it was clear that he genuinely cares—not just about animals, but about the people who love them.
I am still completely astounded that Dr. Turner took the time to personally call me to talk through my dog Bo’s diet. In a world where so often you feel rushed or brushed off, that level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness meant everything. He listened, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt confident and supported in caring for Bo.
It’s rare to find a veterinarian who combines such deep medical knowledge with such a big heart. Dr. Turner treats his patients like family, and it shows in every interaction. Bo and I are incredibly grateful to have found him, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog’s care.

Dr. Turner and the staff at Cornerstone are the BEST. It was a sad day for us today, but after 10 years with our sweet dog we had to put her down today. Their staff made a very hard day a lot easier with how they treated us and our dog. They've always taken such great care of her over the last 5 years and the way they've loved on her and treated us at every appointment has been a blessing. Definitely recommend taking your animals here, they will be in amazing hands.

This is my vet for life. They have top notch service. They always answer the phone and get my needs met right away. I credit them with helping my dog live a long happy life. Any issues I’ve ever had they have been more than ready to help address and solve the problem. Overall this is a highly professional Vet with amazing doctors & staff who treat animals and owners the right way!
