Thomas was amazingly, friendly and helpful. His company had the most competitive price for an AC unit replacement hands-down. He spent lots of time giving quotes for different replacement options. I felt like he was being honest and a straight shooter about pricing and financing and that he was trying to be fair and not just trying to make a profit.
