Just spoke with Casey, a safety manager over NWA, concerning a safety issue. He returned my call within minutes and assured me that safety is a priority for the company, and the issue will be addressed immediately. I really appreciate this level of professionalism.

Can’t get loaded in a resonable amount of time the loader operator takes a break every 15 minutes and it’s causing problems with my customers he does a good job hitting the correct weight but leaving us sitting at the pile is a problem !

Worst employer there is bar none, too many politics. Very very cutthroat. Pay was pathetic, especially hauling multimillion dollar machines to jobsites for very little $. Prospective employment, beware what you are signing up for, it's not worth the mental anguish on a daily basis. Move on!
