Communication is non existent. I've had a coil sitting in my garage since June 11th (currently July 17th). No word on when they will actually install it. There have been several text messages and voice mails but no one ever responds.

Long time customer. summer of 2021 newer minisplit quit de humidifying resulting in much mildew in house. Being worked on by SC technician to no avail. had to buy de humidifier. Heater works great. Summer 2022 SC technician works on but again no results. Owner said would be fixed under warrenty (ran out in Nov.) Tech. for SC said inside head would have to be replaced and was on order. No contact from SC until I called owner on cell phone in Jan. 2023 and find out the unit is obsolete. Said he would be out next day. Now two weeks later, no visit, Doesn't answer messages to his office, nor answer his cell phone.

Heater went out overnight. They came the next day and had it running in no time. This was after I troubleshoot myself. Very helpful and affordable compared to all the big name companies around town.
