Dr. Cox and his staff are amazing! They made me feel so welcome! Shout out to the sweet woman who assists you in picking out frames! It’s been 5 years since I got new frames and she made it a breeze! After trying on several pairs and trying to decide she helped me find the best frames and made me feel so good!

Incredible customer service. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Fair prices. The doctor explained each part of the exam, allowed time for questions, and made sure I understood everything. At the check out, the front desk explained each charge individually. Also, Farmington Eye is not pushy about looking at frames before/after your exam like a lot of places; and they ask upfront how you would like your Rx delivered to you (print/email/patient portal). Highly recommend Dr Brendon and his staff!!!!!

Every visit here is an absolute delight. From the welcoming reception staff to Dr. Cox’s expertise and Joe Lynne’s exceptional assistance with frame selection, everyone is friendly, upbeat, and professional. The communication and follow-up are outstanding, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find this level of quality and care in any business. Highly recommend!
