This company came to our residence, to change out a water heater, as a contractor for Home Depot. The guy took forever and left our home with low water pressure, a leak from a pipe he replaced, and now we are experiencing issues in our other restroom. Note, he left 2.5 hours ago around 7pm. We will never use this contracted company or Home Depot for any of our plumbing needs from this point forward. Not to mention, they tried to over charge us until we started asking questions and requesting an itemized list/receipt before payment. Shady and unprofessional service and behavior. EVERY company should have to offer an itemized list of services to make sure no one is getting screwed over; which we would have if we didn’t question repeatedly. Displeased is an understatement.“
