1st time using this business. The 1st few times i spoke on the phone, very friendly. The day I had my pups shaved and bathed.. Not so much.. Neither before or after the appointment. Maybe everyone working was having a bad day.. I don't know or care.. but not being Rude and Unfriendly goes a lot further with a business.. Great work cutting and bathing. However they did forget 1 of the dogs tails. ? Overall BarkingHam Acres gets a 3.5 to 4.0.

One of the best in the business. We’ve been taking our dogs here for over 10 years and when we pull up to the door they get excited. As with all bad reviews it seems like there is a lack of communication on the part of the dog owner. As a dog owner I also realize the staff can’t be with our dogs 24 hours a day as we are. If your dog has a need it’s been my experience the staff will accommodate you and your pet. Just tell them! The staff are dog lovers and it shows.

My short-haired dog and cat both get baths and nail trims here. When I was working more hours I would utilize the daycare option for my dog. He gets so excited when we pull up. Good people and great service.
