“The medical service is good, but they do not answer the phone. I’ve been trying to contact someone for days, and my calls are always redirected to voicemail. After that, it says the voicemail system is not working.“

“I take both my children to this clinic. I may have to leave a message, because they do have a high call volume, but they always get back to me quickly. I can usually get my kids in day of if it’s important. They call fairly quickly after hours as well, the dr listened to me about my child having an issue with a medication and they were quick to order a new one. We’ve been going there for 2 years, the staff is kind and helpful, feels like they care. Wait time is usually 10 minutes or less before you get taken back. I highly recommend them.“

“They may seem busy all the time because I'm sure they are Iv had to wait a few times but the doctors do there jobs it's definitely a family atmosphere and as busy as these people are me and my family sure appreciate the crap out of this office and place. Life is hard but when people go above and beyond even when they may not want to they do. Thank God for these places nationwide
