“We have seen both Dr. McKinstry and Dr. Jackson over the past year.
Unfortunately, most of our visits have been for terminally ill dogs. Every time, the Dr.'s and staff have been so compassionate and understanding. They gave us all information, options, and time that we needed to make the best decisions for our pets. One visit was on New Year's Eve. It was getting closer to closing time by the time my husband was able to get there. They didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing them with it being that late in the day on a holiday, and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to our Sammy. The few times we went for check-ups, our dogs were very comfortable around everyone they saw.
Even though most our visits haven't been for regular check-ups, we are thankful we found them when we did and will continue to use them for any veterinary needs.“
