I want to express our Thanks to the folks at Faith Flowers. We had a family member pass a short while back and as we are in Texas and could not make it in for the Funeral I ordered flowers to be sent. I was given two florists in Crossett . The first one never answered so I went to the second one, Faith Flowers. My husband and I were both very pleased with this business. They answered right away , a person not a machine, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and very nice. I was calling from Texas to place a order for a funeral. I don't recall the lady's name but she was very helpful. She sent me pictures of potted plants and crosses to choose from . It sure helped me make a decision on what I wanted. After it was all put together she sent me another picture of what it looked like before sending it out for delivery. I highly recommend them .
There was a mixup with my online order and they went above and beyond to remedy. Glad to do business with helpful, honest businesses!
