I have been a member of Sync for a little over 4 years. While I have visited other gyms on occasion with friends, this is my home gym. It is not overcrowded, it is always kept to a high standard in regard to cleanliness, and the members are always put first. Recently, a vast majority of the equipment has been updated. There are continuous improvements taking place, and when needed the owner is always well-responsive. Highly recommend!

I am quite satisfied and impressed with the gym's recent acquisition of upgraded equipment. Furthermore, the owner show professionalism and treats each member with respect. As a non-resident visiting Arkansas for business purposes for three months each year, I consistently received exceptional care from the owner, who ensured a seamless transition upon my return.
