I love this facility and the dedication of my staff. I have been an Adm. in my community for 38 years. My department heads have over 100 years of long term care service and many of those with me. I love this place so much that I have brought my own mother, two uncles, and an aunt for care. I have an uncle who currently is a resident here. It is a unique opportunity to be able to care for my friends parents as well.Unfortunately, people get mad when the bar is high and they cannot perform and are fired OR quit. I have worked at Superior for over 3 years and I love it here. I work with some amazing people who truly care about the care we provide. I see the hard work and dedication to providing good care every day.Healthcare is a demanding field and the staff always rise to the challenge and aim to make everyone happy. Our residents' are amazing! I have come across some amazing family members also that always bring a smile to your face and make your job feel so rewarding. I've never seen such dedication in my life, when it comes to the staff, starting from the Administrator, who is hands on and involved in every area of care. It's like one big family coming together to provide QUALITY PERSONLAIZED CARE for the residents. The residents are doing something fun everyday, and seem so joyful in their environment. I have only been employed for a short time, but I look forward to growing with Superior. The TEAM WORK is OUTSTANDING!!!! I would recommend Superior Health & Rehab to anyone looking for long term care/rehab for a loved one, or anyone looking for employment in long term care.
